COME OUT AND PLAY!

Makapo Aquatics and the Newport Aquatic Center (NAC) invite people with disabilities, their families, and caregivers to experience the joy of Outrigger Paddling. OHANA DAYS are inclusive paddling experiences that provide people with physical and intellectual disabilities the chance to get on the water in a safe and low-stress setting. After paddling in Newport’s Back Bay, lunch is provided to end the great day on the water.

Hearts For Sight (HFS) will provide transportation to NAC, and Makapo will provide instruction, and assistance to our HFS Ohana to ensure a fun day for all.
