VIRTUAL YOGA SESSIONS WITH HEARTS FOR SIGHT
Join us for Adrienne’s Invigorate Yoga Flow: An energetic class meant to be challenging yet accessible. Expect to move through a gentle warm-up, before moving through a series of standing postures, some core work, and finish with some restorative stretches before savasana (rest).
What to have: yoga mat if you have one, comfortable clothes (not too baggy), and some water. No mat, no problem. Use a beach towel. And on chair yoga days, have a chair with no arms available.
