Join Us for Fun in the Sun!

Get ready for a day of sun, sand, and surf at our Summer Beach Day! Here are all the details you need to know. Make sure to follow the RSVP instruction below.

Location:

We’re heading to Will Rogers State Beach in Pacific Palisades, just northwest of Santa Monica along Pacific Coast Highway. Please note, this is different from Will Rogers State Park, which is up in the mountains. Our spot is at the bottom of Temescal Canyon, near Lifeguard tower #14, an area known for its excellent water quality.

Beach Amenities:

• Snack bar with a variety of food and drinks (burgers, pizza, sandwiches, ice cream, and cold drinks)
• Bathrooms with changing rooms
• Please note that no alcohol is allowed on the beach

HFS Provisions:

• Lunch
• Water cooler for bottle refills

What to Bring:

• Swimwear
• Hat
• Towels
• Drinking water
• Sunscreen
• Optional items: Beach chairs, umbrellas, and games
• A sweatshirt or light jacket, as it can get foggy and cool even when it’s hot inland

Schedule:

• Please arrive no earlier than 10 AM. We’ll be meeting at Temescal Canyon Park where we’ll distribute brown bag lunches before walking downhill to the beach.
• Plan to be picked up no later than 4 PM from the Beach Side Cafe. Note that there may be a wait for cars to enter the parking lot, so allow for possible delays.

As always, please email us to provide your guest’s complete information (full name and contact details). RSVP by 5:00 PM on July 19 to help us with an accurate food count.
