A Three-Part Series with Roots In Motion & Hearts for Sight!
Hearts for Sight (HFS) is proud to partner with Roots In Motion (RIM) to host a vibrant trio of events promoting wellness, community connection, and adaptive outdoor fun! We invite our HFS community to join us for any—or all—of these inclusive programs designed to uplift mind, body, and spirit.
Registration is required to participate in all events.

Join us for a scenic community bike ride along the LA River! Hearts for Sight will lead a tandem biking experience, supporting blind and visually impaired riders. Sighted captains are needed—space is limited, and registration is required for both VIP riders and sighted captains.
Single bike riders or participants riding on standard bikes are also welcome!

After the ride, enjoy a community lunch and our signature Resilience Fair with free plant-based meals, healing workshops, youth art activities, and more.

As part of Karmic Action Retribution Management Agency, RIM celebrates ancestral heritage and diverse identities through year-round programming that encourages personal growth and connection to nature.

Hike for Wellness

Start the day with a guided hike led by RIM and HfS, with adaptive mobility aids provided for participants who are blind, visually impaired, or have limited mobility. After the hike, stay for a Resilience Fair featuring plant-based meals, youth art, healing activities, and community resources.

Let’s Talk About It – Virtual Wellness

Connect from home in this interactive online wellness series! RIM’s “Let’s Talk About It” creates a safe and inclusive virtual space to explore topics such as meditation, conflict resolution, addiction, creative healing, and mindfulness. Sessions include closed captioning, ASL interpretation, and Spanish translation.
